Platypod for Livestream

Thanks to Covid-19, essentially my entire workflow changed! The way I had been working in my office quickly flipped. Instead of filming in the field & editing in the office, I switched gears & turned to doing livestream interviews & meetings. Of course, I already had the desktop dialed in, & unfortunately with my ideal set up, it didn’t allow for a great camera angle. A quality image for livestreams is the goal, so I had to figure something else out. I needed to be able to see screens without looking too far away from camera, which also meant rearranging my desk.
