Felecia Maxfield-Barrett is a lifelong Utahn that’s on the forefront of Utah’s global impact. As the President/CEO of Utah Global Diplomacy, she has assisted people from more than 100 countries as they visit Utah for various business and personal reasons. Also as a lifelong Utahn, she has a love for the outdoors and exploring all that there is to offer.
