Episode 4 | Joe Bott

Joe Bott is the director of operations for Second Summit Cidery in Millcreek, Utah. Having moved around quite a bit during his childhood he found his closest friends on swim teams as he competed at a high level ending up at a d1 school. After college he traveled the world a bit while continuing his education in Iceland and Indonesia before Covid brought him back to the US. It was in Minnesota where he got more involved with hard cider beverage world before moving to SLC starting Second Summit.
