Originally from Illinois, Tiffany grew up running amongst other fun with friends in her small town. She grew up to become one of the best off-road athletes in the US, and finding her specialty with duathlon. It combines a love of running with a love of biking which she found later in life. We discuss living around the US, finding community in activities you love, losing a loved one in a traumatic way, and how grief appears in different ways over time.
